Melissa Olson joined International Consulting Associates in the fall of 2021 to support our organization’s needs with business development and recruiting efforts. She started her career in education, where she taught for 17 years and holds a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. After leaving the teaching profession, she took her acquired skills and worked in sales within the higher education industry. Prior to joining ICA, she was the National Account Executive for K-12 software sales at AkitaBox. Culture, connections and being a unified team have always been at Melissa’s core and what she enjoys in her work at ICA. Finding top talent that will make a difference across the organization is her passion and something she takes great pride in. She also supports ICA branding and DE&I efforts.
