Dr. Andrew Ritcheson is the Vice President of Public Health Programs at International Consulting Associates, Inc. (ICA). With over 20 years of experience leading client engagements, solutions, and growth in the professional services, clinical research, healthcare, and advanced technology sectors, Dr. Ritcheson brings unparalleled expertise to ICA. His extensive experience spans multiple agencies within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Military Health System (MHS), non-profits, and international organizations. 

Dr. Ritcheson’s career is distinguished by his ability to bridge multiple professional disciplines, blending clinical and scientific expertise with leadership, consulting, and business acumen. Renowned for his passion for supporting better health outcomes, Dr. Ritcheson excels in leading interdisciplinary teams to drive value and innovation in biomedical and behavioral research. 

His academic background is in clinical and experimental psychology, holding a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) from the University of Oxford. He is recognized as a Chartered Scientist (CSci), Chartered Psychologist (CPSYCHOL), and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS). Dr. Ritcheson is a Certified Master Coach, a Fellow of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists, and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He teaches Health Informatics as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University and serves on the Board of External Advisors to both the Georgetown University Innovation Center for Biomedical Informatics and George Washington University Medical School.
