  • Initial Conversation with ICA Recruiter (1st Interview)
  • Internal conversations/feedback provided to hiring manager to down select/determine candidates to pull through for 2nd interview
  • 2nd interview with department team
  • Feedback/Discussion by team and advise on who will move to 3rd interview
  • 3rd Interview w/ ICA Sr Leadership/Department Heads (1-2 employees)
  • Top candidate(s) References provided and checked
  • Feedback and final candidate(s) to meet with ICA HR Manager
