Our Data Science/IT and Public Health internships provides students and graduates hands-on opportunities to interact with team members across different roles and levels of responsibility, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of our firm.  This exposure encompasses a comprehensive spectrum, ranging from client engagement and research to development and the solutions deployment processes.

Following this immersive exposure, the interns focus on projects of their own selection, with a particular emphasis on cultivating robust development lifecycle practices. These initiatives are subject to feedback through interactive discussions with ICA’s seasoned data scientists, fostering an environment of inquisitiveness and growth. Subsequently, our interns are introduced to a rich dataset generously provided directly by our clients. This hands-on encounter deepens their understanding of how our team effectively leverages externally supplied data while adhering to the same high standards honed during their individual project endeavors.
